"Food comes directly from the smoker to your plate. We don't even own a freezer." Our buttz are always smoked using our custom blend of Hickory, Apple, Maple and Cherry wood pellets for a deep, lasting flavor. Our meat has no creosote by-products and is not stained by gas/wood combustion.
